Little Party Dress Dream State Dalmation Print Dress, The Daily Edited Mini Cross Body Bag, Liberte Maya Earrings and Necklace, Tony Bianco Heels (similar style here).

I’m feeling like the modern day Cruella De Vil dressed in this fabulous dalmation print, exclusive to Little Party Dress. There’s something so chic about a monochromatic colour palette, especially when teamed with such a feminine silhouette complete with pleated detail and floaty bell sleeves.

This sleek look features a personalised cross body bag, one of my very favourite accessories from The Daily Edited. Some might say a full monogrammed name is rather excessive, but as fortune favours the bold, this piece remains the ultimate statement – that and the luxe Maya jewellery set worn, by Liberte.

Dalmation, zebra, polka dot or otherwise- what’s your favourite monochrome print? Let me know in a love note below! x

Cassandra Harper Ruffle Dress, Marilyn Van Den Berg The Black Queen Crown, Skagen Gold Watch (similar style here), Tony Bianco Heels (similar style here),  Michael Hill Ring (similar style here).

Keeping to the classics, with a spectacular silky number from local Brisbane designer, Cassandra Harper. After all, that’s what the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival is all about – classics and supporting homegrown talent! I adore this piece entirely, from it’s playful ruffled sleeves, to it’s asymmetrical hemline. Constructed from a luxe silk chiffon, this frock is lightweight and dreamy, with it’s fabric cascading gently from the tie waist.

Such a piece deserves equally opulent accessories, with none so fitting as this statement Marilyn Van Den Berg crown. I seriously feel like fashion royalty wearing this fabulous piece, perhaps it’s statement status was the reason I was issued to the FROW of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival McKinney’s Group Show. Just kidding, this Queen was born to sit FROW and feast on fashion.

Saba Memento Dress, Michael Hill Freshwater Pearl Stud Earrings, Michael Hill Sterling Silver Ridged Stack Ring, Tony Bianco Heels (similar style here).

I’m falling completely in love with fall fashion this season, from stepping into that familiar ankle boot, to the light layering that constitutes your #ootd, but in particular, I’m loving the colour palette. I saw this darling, warm earthy print dressing a fall window display for one of my favourite brands, Saba. Immediately, I knew this floaty, ruffled masterpiece belonged in my wardrobe, to be styled with heels for a little romp in the city, or teamed with opaque tights and ankle boots for a day in the office.

Of course its the attention to detail that enhances an ensemble and this perfect pair of cultured pearls from Michael Hill, offer just the right shine. These little jewels have been the subject of compliments lately, with everyone remarking how they throw a pinky hue against my hair. So obsessed! Paired with a dainty silver stack ring (also from Michael Hill), I’m keeping my jewellery statement simple and chic. What can I say, I love the classics!

What fall fashion pieces have got your heart racing this season? I’de love to hear about your go-to’s in the comments below!

Ministry Of Style Twilight Dress, Tony Bianco Kala Heel, Oroton Forte Bag Clutch Bag, Wallace Bishop Earrings & Bracelet, Swarovski Ring.

Shake up date night by swapping your LBD for a seductive swatch, like this delicious wine hue seen in this Ministry Of Style number. As today marks the first day of Autumn, there has never been a more perfect moment to add to your earthy colour palette. Not only do I love it’s colour, but this frock features such gorgeous detailing, from the flared sleeve and scalloped hemline, to the delicate fagoting that gently traces the waistline.

In line with a date night dress code, I’m teaming this piece with metallic accessories, finding that rose gold looks particularly luxe against this warm hue. Just how gorgeous are these two-tone, drop earrings and matching bangle set from Wallace Bishop? I find they provide just enough sparkle without detracting from the detailed broderie anglaise seen in the dress. Of course no date night look is complete without a killer pair of heels and these laced Tony Bianco stilettos create instant pins #goals!

I’de love to hear what makes your date night ensemble special? Leave me a comment below! x
