ASOS Star Embellished Midi Tulle DressSteve Madden Carabu HeelsOroton Forte Large Tote, Molten Store The Crowded Hour Necklace, Molten Store The Voyage Stud Earrings,

I’m totally starry eyed with this embellished cosmic frock, an ASOS exclusive. From it’s sparkly, sheer overlay with pearl and starry motifs, to it’s playful bell sleeves and gathered tulle waist, this frock is a real crowd pleaser and received many compliments throughout the evening. Not a total surprise given it’s statement status, however what’s more surprising is it’s currently on sale, under $100 no less! I don’t need to tell you ladies what to do, but if you aren’t reaching for your credit card, then you need a little reality check 😉 After all, it never hurts to be prepared with a fabulous party number hanging in your wardrobe, right?

WYLDR Off The Shoulder Maxi Dress, Rubi Shoes Jamieson Lace Up Heel, Karen Walker Super Duper Strength Sunglasses, Oroton Cross Body Bag (similar style here), Elle Louise Hanging Crystal Bullet Choker, Seed Fedora (similar style here), Prouds Earrings (similar style here).

Getting back to blues roots, folk and country music with the Tamworth Country Music Festival in full strum (see what I did there ;), I’m channelling a more ethereal spirit in my festival #ootd, thanks to Asos – who is serving up the goods.

When it comes to dressing for a festival, I always prefer a little more fabric and femininity and a little less denim cut offs – what can I say? I’m a girl who has her style mantra down pat! For me, this means finding a whimsical maxi dress with breathability and a cute print. This off the shoulder WYLDR maxi is the perfect choice, as it features a relaxed neckline, lightweight fabric and a front split for extra ventilation. If you too love this feminine festival look, check out the Asos Maxi Dress category for some super cute options!

Now for my festival tips & tricks

  1. Wear flats, you’ll be on your feet all day and you’ll want to be comfortable. Trust me, there’s a pair of sandals stowed in my other bag.
  2. Keep your trinkets safe with a cross body bag. Ain’t nobody got time to carry a clutch around.
  3. Throw shade with some killer frames…because squinting in your polaroids is passee.
  4. Keep a hat handy, not only do felt hats up your cool factor, but they remain 100% sun safe.
  5. Don’t forget the sunscreen! After all, there’s nothing more stylish then healthy, glowing skin.
