Starting my day with a steamy chai, poached eggs and greens, with a side of fashion at the Beginning Boutique Bloggers Breakfast. To be greeted with such stylish faces so early in the morning was an additional perk alongside the gorgeous goodie bag that was provided by Beginning Boutique. If I had to choose a fictional clique to be apart of, I would no doubt be sporting an iconic baseball jacket in bubblegum pink. Yes, I would be the fifth member of the Pink Ladies! Forget the Plastics, this is a clique so far ahead of the fashion curve they wear pink as a status symbol everyday (not just wednesdays!)

Feeling a little nostalgic, I have created a wish list deconstructing the glamour of the 50’s. Call it a fresh fusion, but I have combined a little 50’s influence with a lot of box pleat leather and powdery pink highlights…

Sometimes it is possible to find beauty in the most unconventional way. Amongst this concrete nothingness and deserted path to no where, this forgotten alleyway became the perfect spot to capture and cast shadows with my talented photographer, Erin Smith Photography.
