Bows and Trimmings…

For the last few months, my nail design has neglected creativity. After a while simple block colours in neutral hues becomes rather routine and or, for lack of a more eloquent word…boring. Like a junk food addict robbed of sugar, I decided rather than introducing a little nail art into my design, I would instead go all out with bows and trimmings! To keep in with a darker winter palette, I have chosen a deep lilac- a colour that is still feminine while creating a little excitement.  Bows or polkadots….are far too hard to chose between, so I decided to feature both!

Am I capable of doing this myself? Absolutely not, however, I am very lucky to have an amazing nail technician located in trendy James Street, Brisbane. Brisbane Fashionistas, if you are looking for a killer mani/pedi then you should definitely check out Scratchers Nails in the fashion precinct of James Street. With a full range of shellac colours, stamps, bows, studs and jewels, Scratchers Nails will have you feeling and looking like a punk princess in no time!
