Karen Walker Mon Chéri Dress, Pandora Floating Heart Locket, Pandora Dazzling Droplets Studs, Wittner Otto Heels (similar style here), Furla Bag.

Bonjour! It’s been a little while since I’ve kissed you all hello, but this petite miss has been tres busy with work and festivities. Another frock, another Christmas gathering, you know the drill.

Today I skipped around town in the cutest little dress, a Karen Walker number, featuring a summery cherry print. Floaty, sheer fabric is essential for these balmy 34 degree days in Brisbane.

Best paired with a cute little heel and one of my favourite cross body bags, I’m a carefree femme on the way to a cafe where I can have a spot of tea and a macaron, just as the french would! Bisous, bisous!

Seed Heritage Dress (similar style here), Birkenstocks Gizeh Birko – Flo White, Furla Metropolis Mini Bag (similar style here).

Cute summer romps throughout Brisbane’s best antique spots call for a bold, bright colour – coral to be exact! This fun little number is from Seed Heritage and features a relaxed, shift structure with a ruffled OTS (off the shoulder) neckline. I love the texture seen in the polkadot print of the fabric and the playful tassels adoring the sleeves.

I’m teaming this piece with my faithful Birkenstocks (remember my styling post here) for casual yet chic getup. Because the colour is so vibrant, I’m keeping my accessories tame with Furla bag and a pair of gold earrings.

What colour are you obsessing over this summer and how are you styling this? Let me know in the comments below!

Seed Heritage Bustier, Seed Heritage Denim Mini, Wittner Otto Heels, Furla Metropolis Mini Bag (similar style here), Swarovski Earrings (similar style here).

I’ve recently fallen in love with a bustier – can you blame me? It’s a flirty little number, featuring a playful, tiered structure and boned bodice for support. Complete with a sweetheart neckline, an off the shoulder fit and a delicious polkadot print – this piece was simply made for summer getaways. Because, who doesn’t love showing off the latest freckles on your shoulders, whilst galavanting with the gals, Aperol Spritz in hand!

I’m teaming this little Seed Heritage find with straight up denim…. mini skirt that is! The first to enter my wardrobe since the nineties, believe it or not! I’ve since come to find that denim skirts are the perfect, effortless addition to your wardrobe and this little piece will be on constant rotation this season.

Before I leave you to find a cool breeze and a nip of bubbly, I want to know how you are styling a summer bustier? Are you keeping it chic with a casual getup? Or dressing one up for a night on the town? Leave me a comment below cuties!
